December 3, 2001 News Release: December 2001 Solid Wood Products Outlook, Long Term - December 2001 Resource Economics LLC is pleased to announce the completion of the Solid Wood Products Outlook, Long Term 2001. Our Long Term Solid Wood Outlook includes 140 pages of text which includes 125 explanatory figures printed in color. Our Appendix Tables, numbering 102 pages, provide our detailed annual analysis including illustrations in color that are instrumental in interpreting our data tables. The new layout for the solid wood products segment contains softwood and hardwood lumber and plywood, OSB, residuals, and paper and paperboard production. However, instead of only reporting composite prices, we now publish specific product prices for the major production grades of each product by region. We are expanding our reporting on the Canadian markets to include cost structures, provincial production, and return-to-log values. |
